Refund policy
Apparel & Gear
- Complimentary Returns and Exchanges: are only offered if your item is damaged or Audios shipped the wrong item. This must be postmarked within 30 days of the order delivering to you. Pre-approval of your return is required.
- Customer Paid Returns: If you need to exchange your item due ordering the wrong size, you will pay for the shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- All return packages must be postmarked within 30 days of the order delivering to you. Return packages postmarked after this time frame will be subject to denial.
- Final Sales: No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items of any price.
- Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the hygienic liner (if applicable).
- Items must be returned with all vendor tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or otherwise do not meet our Return Policy mentioned above will be subject to denial and shipped back to you.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
- Audios reserves the right to limit service to customers that show excessive return activity.
How To Return an Item
- To initiate a return, please email us at support@audios.com
- Please provide your name, your order number, state the reason for your return or exchange and if applicable, include images of the items.
- We will approve or reject your return request.
- If approved, we will email you a return label. You will need to drop off the return at a UPS Store or UPS pick-up location.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Denial of Return or Exchange Request
- Items returned without all vendor tags attached and without original packaging.
- Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains
- Items sold as sets that are not returned as a set.
- Final Sale items returned for refund rather than exchange.
- Returns postmarked after the Return window has ended.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are limited to exchanges for the same item in a different size.
- Are available one time per item.
- Are limited to shipping addresses in the US.
- Final sale items over $25 are eligible to be exchanged for a different size, if available. We do not offer exchanges for final sale items under $25. No returns, refunds, or online credits are available for final sale items of any price.
- Exchanges are shipped using standard shipping.
- Must be initiated within 30 days from delivery of the item.
- If you have been charged for the new item, we will refund the cost of the original item after we receive it at our returns facility.
- All items that are sent back as an exchange need to follow the applicable terms from the Return Policy. Items that do not meet the acceptable conditions listed in the Return Policy will be subject to denial.
Combine Returns from Different Orders
Yes. If your returns are approved, to save on shipping, time, and packaging materials, you can return items from multiple orders as long as you include the corresponding order numbers for each item inside the package. We recommend you print out the return form for each order, or write each order number on a slip of paper and include it inside your return package. Packages received without proper order identification may result in errors or long processing times.
